STEAM Fair:
Join in on the planning of the inaugural Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics Fair held on-site during CVAS25!

  Veterans Salute Event:
Held the Thursday heading into CVAS25, help plan an event to honor area Veterans and Armed Forces Service Members.

  Performer Meet & Greet Event:
Assist with planning the Performer Meet & Greet event held the Friday leading up to CVAS25 at Holiday Inn South - I-94. There is a VIP Reception followed by a public meet & greet.

  U.S. Navy Blue Angels Community Outreach Events:
Assist with planning requests for the Blue Angels to schedule school visits, community outreach events, and a Children’s Hospital visit during the week leading up to CVAS25.

  Show Team Events:
Assist with organizing and planning area events and activities in the community for the CVAS25 Show Team to attend during the week leading up to CVAS25.

  CVAS25 Show Team Sunday Afterburner Event:
Assist with organizing the Sunday night event held at Holiday Inn South - I-94, celebrating the CVAS25 Show Team and a successful weekend event!

  CVAS25 Committee Afterburner Event:
Help plan and organize a fun event for committee members and their families to celebrate the CVAS25 Committee’s hard work and accomplishments producing the 2025 Chippewa Valley Air Show.

  Friday Practice Day Show:
The Friday of CVAS25 we invite area Veterans homes, Assisted Living, Youth organizations, and others out to the CVAS grounds to enjoy watching Performers run through a limited version of each act in preparation for the weekend. We’ll need volunteers to assist with Hospitality, Concessions, Access, Parking, Grounds, and more.

  Show Team Vehicle Pick Up & Drop Off:
Throughout the week we’ll need volunteers to assist with pick up and drop off of vehicles from local dealerships and rental companies.

  CVAS25 Week Grounds Setup:
Volunteers are needed to assist throughout the week with the setup and staging of the CVAS25 Grounds at the airport.
